While the outage appears to be ongoing, we have been able to log in to the Study application.

Current Issue: Google Cloud Platform / Firebase Outage

We are currently experiencing service disruption due to a major outage affecting Google Cloud Platform, including Firebase services. This is impacting key portions of our infrastructure such as authentication, database access, and cloud functions, which may result in degraded performance or unavailability of parts of the site.

The issue originates from Google's side, and we are actively monitoring their status and working on contingency plans where feasible. As of now, no customer data has been lost, and we expect full service restoration once Google resolves the underlying issues.

Note: Because our main status page at tiastatus.com uses the same underlying infrastructure, we are unable to update it at this time.
